WEEKLY YOGA

Join us for 75 minutes every Monday and Saturday to rest, relax and enjoy undisturbed tranquility.

 

This yoga class will combine traditional yoga asana, breath work, philosophy and yoga nidra with the more modern practice of myofascial release.

 

The focus of each class will be to ground and regulate the nervous system. Suitable for beginners.

YOGA THERAPY
1-2-1

In a block of 5 sessions we will work together to reconnect you with your truth and redefine your purpose. Yoga therapy is a healing practice that uses somatic movement, pranayama and guided imagery to rewire neural pathways and realign the physical body.
