This spring, step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a long weekend reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have become lost beneath responsibility, routine and caring for everyone else.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of Tawelu, this retreat combines gentle yoga, meditation, creativity and time in nature. Our days will begin slowly, with movement and a nourishing brunch, followed by inspiring creative workshops designed to encourage curiosity, play and self-expression.
You do not need to consider yourself creative or have any artistic experience. This is not about producing something perfect—it is about trying something new, quietening your inner critic and rediscovering what brings you joy.
